Who we are
Flowseasy Limited is the data controller for the personal information described in this policy. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 12255875, at 2 Weel Road, Tickton, Beverley, England, HU17 9RY.

What we collect
- Details you give us: your name, email address, phone number, company name and job title when you send a brief, book a demo or contact us.
- Project information: what you tell us about your business and project, and any files you upload with your brief, such as specifications and flow charts.
- Customer records: contact, billing and support details when you become a customer of our services, TOTA360 or ParkPal.
- Website data: basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type, collected by our hosting for security and to keep the site running. See our cookie policy.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
Where it is stored
This website runs on Zoho Catalyst, and briefs and enquiries go straight into our Zoho CRM. Files you upload are stored in Zoho and linked to your enquiry. Zoho Corporation processes this data for us under a data processing agreement, in its European data centres.
We also use Zoho Books for invoicing and Zoho Mail for email. If any of your data is transferred outside the UK, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or an adequacy decision.
Who we share it with
Only the people at Flowseasy working on your enquiry or project see your information. We share it with service providers who help us run the business, such as Zoho, our accountants and our professional advisers, and only as far as they need it. We may disclose it if the law requires us to.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries and briefs that do not lead to work: 2 years from our last contact.
- Customer and project records: 6 years after our contract ends.
- Financial records: 6 years, as required by HMRC.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- ask us to correct or delete it
- object to or restrict how we use it, including for marketing
- ask us to transfer it to another organisation
- withdraw consent where we rely on it
